Welcome. Let’s Find Your Path to Growth and Connection.
My path to becoming a therapist was a personal one. After more than a decade as a software engineer, I felt a clear calling to pivot toward a career centered on mental health and human connection. I am a Registered Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (#21116) under the supervision of Dr. Jessica Farber (PSY #22360) at Christian Counseling Collective and Eric Winton (LMFT #134250) at Eric Winton Counseling.
My own experiences in therapy were transformative. They showed me the profound power that comes from dedicated self-reflection, compassionate understanding, and the courage to grow.
My passion is now a simple one: I help people understand themselves and their relationships better. I believe therapy is a powerful tool to help you navigate life’s complexities, build confidence, establish healthy boundaries, and show up as your self.

My Approach to Therapy
My approach is direct and collaborative. I help you understand how you are showing up in the world—in your relationships, at work, and with yourself.
How I Work
Often, the ways we’ve learned to cope and survive are developed when we were younger. While necessary at the time, these old patterns may no longer be serving you. My goal is to help you heal from past wounds—whether they are relational, physical, or sexual—and begin to chart a new, stronger, and fuller way of being.
This kind of deep, transformative work happens within a relationship built on trust. While I draw on powerful, evidence-based models like Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), attachment theory, and Internal Family Systems (IFS), these are just the tools.
The most important part of our work is the relationship we build together. My primary goal is to create a collaborative space where you feel truly seen and heard. This relationship is the foundation from which all growth and healing happens.
Couples
My primary focus is helping couples build stronger, more resilient relationships. Working from this relationship-first approach, our goal is to help you stop fighting a repetitive pattern and start understanding each other on a deeper, emotional level.
Our work won’t be about finding out who is “right” or “wrong,” but about co-creating a new, stronger emotional bond.
Individuals
The challenges we face on our own—be it anxiety, depression, or professional stress—are often deeply intertwined with our relational health. Here, too, our relationship is central. We will work together to explore your patterns, heal old wounds, and help you establish the healthy boundaries you need to thrive.
